Pediatrics and Neonatology
The department of Pediatrics at Sanjoe Hospital provides comprehensive outpatient and inpatient care for sick infants and children up to the age of 12 years. Our pediatrics department provides primary preventive pediatric care, which addresses areas of well-baby check-ups, immunizations, developmental assessments, nutritional assessments, and proper physical activities.

- Specialized Care: Addressing growth and developmental abnormalities, endocrine issues such as hypothyroidism, hematological disorders like anemia, renal problems including nephritic syndrome and urinary infections, neurological conditions such as epilepsy and meningitis, respiratory ailments like asthma, pneumonia, and tuberculosis, and various infectious diseases including typhoid, dengue, malaria, and viral infections.
- Neonatal Facility: Providing in-patient services with a Level 2 neonatal ICU, childbirth and newborn care, outpatient care, 24-hour emergency services, phototherapy (double surface), incubator and radiant warmer care, growth and developmental monitoring, and immunization.
- Support for Deliveries: Pediatricians attend all deliveries and cesarean sections conducted in the hospital, and are available round-the-clock for emergencies involving infants and older children.
